How do I file a claim?
Personal Lines

File a claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  It will help to have your policy number, police report number & any information about other parties involved in your accident available

Commercial Lines

If this is a WORK COMP claim. There are certain papers that need to be completed and submitted. Call us if you do not have a First Report of Injury Form.

Vehicle Repairs

 

You will need to talk with an adjuster and possibly get an estimate to repair your car. There is claim information in your policy or on your ID Card. We would be happy to get you in contact with an adjuster.
